In 2022, I made a life-changing decision to leave my role as a primary school teacher — a career I loved, but one that no longer aligned with the direction I felt called to pursue. Around the same time, a chance encounter opened the door to the world of property, and everything changed from there.

I already owned a second property in addition to our family home, which had been rented out. When the tenants moved on, a supported living provider reached out unexpectedly, expressing interest in leasing the property on a long-term basis. That conversation was the spark. What began as a side project soon evolved into a true passion — for property, for people, and for problem-solving.

Through hands-on experience, I came to appreciate how powerful it is to offer both tenants and landlords a service that’s professional, reliable, and hassle-free. I saw the gaps, the missed opportunities, and the unnecessary stress that often comes with property management.
